This trip to China was for the BBC programme "Addicted To Cheap Shopping". The programme sought to look at why as a nation Britain spends so much money at the shops in the High Street, especially mass produced goods shops.

The trip visited Bejing, Guanzhou Province with it's numerous electronics factories and Yiwu, the home of the world' largest indoor wholesale markets.
